Working with a collection of the most talented medical research and development doctors, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation stands on the brink of major breakthroughs towards finding a cure or prevention for breast cancer. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation funds clinical and genetic research into the causes and treatment of breast cancer.

The American Cancer Society estimates that almost 40,000 women will die in 2003 from breast cancer. With our grant, the clinical and genetic research will continue, and the efforts to bring lifesaving discoveries from the laboratory to the bedside of every woman suffering from this disease will become a reality.
