The Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation believes that all children should have the opportunity to attend the college of their choice, regardless of their economic circumstances. It is in this spirit that the Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation has provided the Washington, D.C. based DC College Access Program (DC CAP) with a generous grant to support their efforts.

DC CAP is a non-profit organization working in partnership with the District of Columbia School System that provides counseling and financial assistance in the form of “last dollar scholarships” to students who otherwise might never have the opportunity to attend or graduate from college.

The Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation is proud to assist DC CAP with their worthy cause of assisting Washington DC high school graduates to pursue their dreams fulfilling their educational potential. Catherine B. Reynolds chaired and developed the inaugural DC-CAPital Stars Talent Competition which has gone on to raise more than $10 million dollars in college scholarships.
