Ten years ago, the Inova Health System established the Kellar Center in Washington, D.C. area as a community-based, outpatient program featuring a broad range of counseling and behavioral services for at-risk children, adolescents, and their families. Originally designed as a program that would supplement other social services provided through federal, state or local government channels, the Kellar Center has expanded to meet the needs of the area’s burgeoning population.

As a longtime supporter of the Kellar Center, the Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation salutes the invaluable work that facility is doing in our nation’s capital. In particular, the Foundation is very proud to provide the Kellar Center with major support in its mission of helping children and teenagers who are in critical need of its services, expertise and counsel.
